Lesbians who live in Colorado may make requests for assistance by contacting a member of the board of directors, or by reaching us through our e-mail and asking for an application for assistance.
We know that when times are difficult, a woman may be too ill or feel uncomfortable requesting financial assistance. For this reason, you can apply for a grant for yourself or act as an advocate for a woman in need. Return the completed application (download below) signed by a qualified medical professional (e.g. nurse, chiropractor, medical doctor) to the address listed on the application. The ATL board will review the application and notify the applicant as soon as possible.
