Nancy Fritsch was born and raised in southern New Jersey where she enjoyed lots of time “down the shore” and played any sport she could. She was awarded an athletic scholarship to LaSalle University in Philadelphia in the sport of softball, reaching the Women’s College World Series, and also played field hockey for 3 years while earning a degree in Computer Science. After working a few years in Philly, she traveled to Boulder and immediately fell in love with the mountains, relocating there in 1987. She worked at the University of Colorado at Boulder in Facilities Management for 12 years as CAD Operator and later CAD Manager and led the office in implementing their Computer-Aided Facilities Management System. In 2001, she was lured to the Colorado Dept. of Human Services to repeat the task and established their CAFM system from the ground up. She enjoys hiking, golfing, bike riding, live music and traveling. Nancy joined the ATL Foundation board in 2005.
